1. Offer
Apartments Maja provide apartment rental services between the Guest and the Host (in the name and for the account of the owner and thus provides the guest with accommodation according to the published information available on www.apartmanimaja.in.rs, and in the agreed time period, except in case of extraordinary circumstances or force majeure.
* Force majeure is a circumstance that cannot be influenced because it cannot be predicted and eliminated (earthquakes, floods, fires, strikes, terrorist acts, wars, epidemics, states of emergency and emergency situations, death of service provider or his/her immediate family member).
2. Booking and payment
Requests for booking are received online or by phone or in person at the premises of the facility.
To confirm the booking it is necessary that the Guest, within two working days (Monday / Friday) from the moment of the acceptance of the offer, pays an advance:
For stays up to five nights, the amount of 2000 dinars.
For stays up to 10 nights, an amount for one night stay is paid.
For stays longer than ten nights an amount for two nights stay is paid.
Proof of payment is submitted to the Service Provider by mail or Viber, whereas the rest of the amount is paid by the Guest in the facility on the day of arrival at the accommodation unit.
3. Booking cancellation period
We refund the full amount of advance payments for all cancelled bookings under the following conditions:
• cancelling the booking 31 or more days before arrival, 100% advance payment will be refunded
• cancelling the booking 15-30 days before arrival, 50% advance payment will be refunded
• cancelling the booking 0-14 days before arrival, no refund of advance payment
4. Apartments Maja reserve the right
Apartments Maja reserve the right to replace the selected room, apartment by another one of equal quality level in case of unforeseen circumstances (for example, the apartment has been significantly damaged before or during the arrival of the Guest, and in that case the Host is obliged to immediately notify the Guest of the change).
5. In case the Guest shortens his/her stay
In case the Guest shortens his/her stay due to Force Majeure and communicates the information to the Host at least 24 hours before leaving the facility, the Host is obliged to return the amount of the unused part of the service, and is free to issue the same accommodation unit to another person.
